If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges.

All facial appointments require half of the required payment to be made at the time of booking.

Lash and brow appointments require a £10 deposit.

Hair up appointments require a £10 deposit.

Please give at least 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointment. Late changes may incur an additional charge.

Deposits
Deposits secure your slot and are applied toward your treatment on the day. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours or do not attend.

Facials
Facial appointments require half of the treatment price at the time of booking. The remaining balance is settled at your appointment.

If you're running late, please send a quick message. Treatments may be shortened to protect later bookings, charged at the full price.
